The CTI group consists of 13 study centres and operates in South Africa . The country's population is approximately 47 million, with the majority of people living in the cities of Johannesburg , Pretoria , Durban and Cape Town . The climate is warm to hot in summer and rarely gets below 10 o C in winter. There are nine official languages, but English is regarded as the main business language. The nine principal universities offer tuition to students in English. Although private education is a relatively new concept in South Africa , the population is warming to the idea. The CTI group is one of the top three private educators in the country.

The new CTI centre is located in the northern suburbs of Durban and has a stunning view of the Indian Ocean . At present we have approximately 200 students who are studying for the following NCC Education qualifications:

IDCS, IDB, IADB, IADCS, BSc (Hons) in Business Administration and BSc (Hons) in Business Computing and Information Systems.

To support students' learning we employ 20 staff at the centre who are managed by myself, Darren Fox.

We are very excited about NCC Education's recent innovations such as Campus and Connect and are confident that the easily accessible marketing materials will serve to be extremely useful to us in our commercial activities.

We are currently in our first year at the Durban centre and we are proud to have implemented all the facilities, staff and materials in time for the first student intake in February 2008. Hopefully the picturesque setting of the centre will serve to augment the studious atmosphere and elicit excellent results from our students studying for NCC Education qualifications!
