Nicholas made the decision to study for the PgD SBIT based on the modules that the programme covered and their relation to work. Nicholas commented, ‘ Through assistance offered by the programme councillor at my centre, I was able to get an in-depth understanding of the qualification. NCC Education has Accredited Partner Centre’s which are reputable and located locally.’ Nicholas added ‘ I thoroughly enjoyed the assignments. I have learned and understood new things through the reseach I have conducted. The assignments gave me room to express my understanding of different problems and solutions’.

Currently Nicholas is employed by Computer Centre (Tz) Ltd, a local based company that provides IT solutions to different corporate and parastatal organisations within Tanzania. His main responsilility is to ensure a healthy relationship is retained with all their corporate customers and to increase the customer base through positioning cost effective solutions. Within the next three years, Nicholas hopes to move to a more senior role. ‘ I strongly believe that by putting into practice the knowledge I now posses, I can achieve positive results’
