NEWLY accredited Power Computers, based in Tanzania, are set for a bright future after already showing great promise in such a short period of time.
The small scale supplier of computer hardware, which is based in Dar es Salaam, prides itself on being a one-stop-shop offering a complete IT solution – pushing them way ahead of local competitors. Since launching just five years ago, Power Computers has now become one of the biggest IT centres in the area and they are now set to carry on with their success by offering five NCC Education programmes.
Students can now enrol on both the International Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies and also the International Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Business. An Open Day held on the 29th January was a great success, with more than 40 prospective students attending and 20 expressing an interest in registering.
The centre is set to keep up the momentum by embarking on more Open Days, recruitment events, information sessions, mass SMS and emails, all making sure to target students, parents, feeder schools and school counsellors who refer students.
“We are delighted to now be an NCC Education Accredited Partner Centre and we have truly started the New Year with great success,” said Training Centre Manager Faizan M Majidhussein. “We want to offer our students the best possible programmes and NCC Education not only provides us with that, but it also helps us to keep our standing of excellence within a very competitive market. We are excited to not only be able to offer these programmes, but also to enjoy a long lasting partnership with NCC Education.”
