Spotlight on...Jessy Mark Gomes

Jessy Mark Gomes lives in Bangladesh, and has recently completed his IADCS from BIT (BHUIYAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY). He chose this centre after a good response from them when he was researching and it was also recommended by a friend for the good facilities they had there, including 24 hour internet service and lab rooms. He is in his last semester and after completing the IADCS he is going to continue onto the BSc degree course.

Although Jessy is a student of IT, he is also interested in graphic design and studies 3D animation. He likes to design T-shirts, character model in 3d MAX and Interior Design, and when he is not studying he is a freelance designer and enjoys video editing and making his own music.

On completion of his education he would like to own his own animating firm. The course he is studying at the moment helps with his career aspirations to become involved in animating. The programmes they use develop skills that are needed in the subject area of film, animation and design. His home is 30 Miles from the main city Dhaka. He says “My campus life is most beautiful life, I missed it when I was on vacation at my home town.”
